Conditions of Service

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Defined terms appear in title case throughout this document.

To be eligible to register and use zerbet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not acting as an agent or representative of any third party when placing bets or making transactions on the Platform.
• You do not hold an existing zerbet Account. Only one Account per individual is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any funds held therein may be forfeited.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or self-excluded from gambling services, whether voluntarily or at zerbet's direction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of zerbet, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

zerbet reserves the right to request identity documentation at any stage to verify that these eligibility conditions are met. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by zerbet's support team may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

zerbet takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. If zerbet has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under 18 years of age, the Account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be forfeited if age eligibility is not subsequently confirmed.

To access zerbet's betting and casino services, you must register an Account on the Platform. Registration is free of charge. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, and to keep that information updated throughout the life of your Account.

3.1 Registration Requirements

You will be required to provide, at a minimum, the following information during registration:

• A valid, unique email address that you own and control.
• A chosen username (which must not infringe the rights of any third party or contain offensive language).
• A secure password of at least eight characters, including a combination of letters and numbers.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
• Your preferred payment method for deposits and withdrawals (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. zerbet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify zerbet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual Player may hold only one zerbet Account. Creating multiple Accounts — whether in your own name or using aliases, nominee details, or different payment methods — is a serious breach of these Terms. zerbet employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate Account identified will be closed immediately, and zerbet reserves the right to forfeit the balance held in such accounts.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

zerbet may require you to complete a KYC verification process before processing withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, before unlocking full deposit limits, or at any point where zerbet's fraud prevention protocols flag an Account for review. KYC verification typically requires submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a Bangladesh National ID card or passport) and, in some cases, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. zerbet aims to complete KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation.

zerbet supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. All Account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). zerbet does not charge Players for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard verified accounts, though zerbet reserves the right to apply limits based on account status or risk assessment.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your Account balance instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the MFS provider.
• Deposits made via bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank) may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your Account balance, depending on interbank processing times.
• Only funds deposited from payment methods registered in your own name will be accepted. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the originating source where technically possible, or forfeited where a return is not feasible.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, to maintain consistency and prevent money laundering. zerbet may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal to a new payment method.
• zerbet targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts before 18:00 BST. Requests submitted after this time will be processed on the following business day.
• zerbet reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or Prohibited Conduct, or compliance with any applicable legal obligation.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Only the winnings generated from wagering bonus funds, once applicable wagering requirements have been met, may be withdrawn as cash.

zerbet offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions throughout the year. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general provisions below.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the promotion) must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier applicable to each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Validity Period: Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will expire and be removed from the Account at the end of the validity period without notice.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of wager value toward fulfilment, while table games, live dealer games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage rate. The contribution rates for specific game categories are stated in each bonus's individual terms.
• Bonus Abuse: zerbet reserves the right to withhold or reverse any bonus, and to close any Account, where it determines at its sole discretion that a Player has attempted to abuse the bonus system. Abuse includes, but is not limited to, opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, placing low-risk combination bets to fulfil wagering requirements, or using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion.
• Promotional Changes: zerbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress, unless the modification is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Players who have questions about the terms of any specific promotion are encouraged to contact zerbet's support team before accepting a bonus, as accepting a bonus constitutes agreement to its specific terms.

All bets placed on the zerbet Platform are subject to the specific rules of the market, game, or event on which they are placed, as well as the following general provisions.

6.1 Sports Betting

• Bets are accepted only when sufficient funds are available in the Player's Account balance at the time of placement. zerbet will not accept bets on credit.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player, except in circumstances where zerbet specifically offers a Cash Out or Bet Edit feature on the relevant market.
• zerbet reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or settled in error, including instances where incorrect odds were published due to a technical fault or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time, including during active play. Bets placed during a suspension window will be rejected. zerbet is not liable for any loss of opportunity arising from market suspension.
• Settlement of sports betting markets will be based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for domestic cricket, ICC for international cricket, FIFA for football). Where the official result is subject to review or appeal, zerbet reserves the right to delay settlement pending a final determination.

6.2 Casino & Slot Games

• All casino games and slot titles available on zerbet use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and roulette mechanics overseen by trained dealers. The outcomes of all games are independent and fair.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles and casino games are determined by the software providers (including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe) and are not set or modified by zerbet.
• zerbet is not responsible for any loss of game session data or game progress arising from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side. If a game round is interrupted due to a server-side fault, the relevant stake will be credited back to the Player's Account.

6.3 Maximum Winnings

zerbet reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits to individual bets, game sessions, or game types. Where a maximum payout limit applies to a specific market or game, this will be communicated within the market or game interface. zerbet will not pay out winnings in excess of the applicable maximum payout limit, regardless of the mathematical outcome of the bet or game.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zerbet Platform:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point, including during registration, KYC verification, or when contacting support.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one Account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or evading a previously applied exclusion.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate the outcome of games, particularly in live casino environments or multi-player game formats.
• Use of Bots and Automation: Using any software, script, bot, macro, or automated tool to place bets, interact with games, or interact with the zerbet Platform in any way that simulates human activity or provides an unfair advantage.
• Arbitrage and Exploit Betting: Systematically exploiting pricing errors, latency differences in live markets, or bonus structures in a manner inconsistent with normal, recreational betting activity.
• Money Laundering: Using the zerbet Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of illegally obtained money. zerbet maintains Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious transaction patterns to the relevant authorities.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the Platform while under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal with a payment provider in respect of a valid deposit transaction. Any Account found to have initiated a fraudulent chargeback will be closed and the matter referred to the relevant payment provider.
• Hacking and Technical Attacks: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to zerbet's servers, databases, or other technical infrastructure, or intentionally introducing malicious code, viruses, or disruptive software.

8.1 Closure by zerbet

zerbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Confirmed or suspected Prohibited Conduct (see Section 7).
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• The Player has been found to be under 18 years of age.
• The Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• zerbet is required to close the Account to comply with a legal obligation or regulatory requirement.
• The Player has initiated unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes.

Where an Account is closed due to Prohibited Conduct, zerbet reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Account balance. In all other closures initiated by zerbet (e.g., inactivity or regulatory obligation), the Player's remaining cash balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following successful identity verification.

8.2 Closure by the Player

Players may request to close their Account at any time by contacting zerbet support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. Players should withdraw their remaining cash balance before requesting closure, as the Account closure process will suspend deposit and withdrawal functions during processing. Any remaining verified cash balance at the point of closure will be disbursed to the Player's registered payment method.

8.3 Responsible Gaming Closures

Players who wish to close or restrict their Account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion, cool-off periods, and deposit limit reductions — may do so via the Account dashboard or by contacting support. Responsible gaming-related account closures and restrictions are processed immediately upon request, without a waiting period. zerbet strongly encourages any Player who feels that their gambling is becoming problematic to use these tools without hesitation. All content on the zerbet Platform — including but not limited to the zerbet brand name, logo, website design, graphics, page layout, written content, software code, and game interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of zerbet or its licensed content suppliers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By accessing the Platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content from the zerbet Platform without prior written permission from zerbet.
• Use zerbet's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express authorisation.
• Scrape, mirror, or create derivative works based on the Platform's design, structure, or content.
• Use zerbet's software or content for any commercial purpose.

Game content (including slot game graphics, casino game interfaces, and audio assets) is the intellectual property of the respective software providers (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and others) and is licensed to zerbet for display on the Platform. Players may not reproduce or distribute game content in any form.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zerbet's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence ), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Without limiting the foregoing, zerbet shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings arising from a bet or game session that was voided, interrupted, or settled in error.
• Loss of data or Account information resulting from technical faults, server outages, or cyber incidents outside zerbet's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking institutions.
• Interruption to the Platform caused by maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure events, including natural disasters, power failures, government-ordered shutdowns, or telecommunications outages.
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on information, statistics, or data displayed on the Platform, including live scores, odds, or market data that may contain inaccuracies.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes zerbet's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. zerbet's services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While zerbet endeavours to maintain a reliable, high-uptime platform, no guarantee of uninterrupted access is made.

zerbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made for a variety of reasons, including updates to the Platform's features, changes in applicable law or regulatory guidance, adjustments to payment processing arrangements, or improvements to the clarity or fairness of the Terms.

When material changes are made to these Terms, zerbet will notify registered Players by one or more of the following methods:

• A notification displayed prominently on the zerbet homepage or Account dashboard upon next login.
• An email communication to the address registered on the Player's Account.
• An updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this Terms & Conditions page.

Continued use of the zerbet Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not agree with the amended Terms, they must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 8.2. zerbet recommends that Players review these Terms periodically to stay informed of their rights and obligations.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially affect Player rights, or formatting changes — may be made without specific notice, though the "Last Updated" date will be revised to reflect the change.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with general principles of applicable law. zerbet operates as a safe and reliable platform and does not make specific claims regarding regulatory jurisdiction. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with local laws applicable in their place of residence.

12.1 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute with zerbet, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. zerbet's support team will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt. Please include the following information when submitting a complaint:

• Your registered username and email address.
• A clear description of the issue, including any relevant transaction reference numbers or game round IDs.
• The outcome you are seeking and the basis for your claim.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team, it will be escalated to zerbet's dispute resolution panel, which will review all available evidence and issue a written determination within 10 business days. zerbet's determination shall be final in respect of all factual matters relating to account activity, game outcomes, and bonus settlement, subject to any mandatory legal rights you may hold under applicable consumer protection law.

12.2 Language

These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English, which is the operative language for all legal and contractual purposes. Any translation of these Terms provided for convenience does not form part of the legal agreement between you and zerbet, and in the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall, to that extent, be severed from the remaining Terms. The remaining Terms shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with zerbet's Privacy Policy and any applicable bonus-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and zerbet with respect to your use of the Platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature, whether written or oral.
